Megan was phenomenal! Our wedding went off without a hitch entirely because of Megan and her mom. Megan is everything you’d want and/or need in a wedding coordinator. She thought of everything and handled communication with our vendors seamlessly. She is also an amazing person to work with! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for more. I know there are probably multiple fires she put out the day of the wedding of which we are blissfully unaware because Megan handled all of it for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married. She is so great at what she does and we are so thankful we hired her.
Where do we even begin? This team was the best thing we could've ever asked for for our wedding. We chose the 60 day wedding plan and it was perfect for us. Megan coordinated the vendors, designed our room and tables, quickly fixed any issues that came up, facilitated calls with vendors, organized everything perfectly for us, and did many, many other things we're sure we don't even know or realize she did. Megan was ready and available any time we needed anything or had any questions. We truly did not stress once after hiring Hosea House Collective, and for that we are so grateful.
I highly recommend Hosea House Collective! Megan was so easy to work with from the moment we signed the contract. She is everything you want in an event planner - super organized, calm, assertive, and three-steps ahead of the game. We chose the package that starts 60 days before the wedding and included day-of coordination. Megan was such a big help leading up to the wedding, and on the big day she was amazing. I fully enjoyed my wedding day with no stress because I was totally assured that Megan had everything covered - and she did! Best money I spent on a vendor by far. The cherry on top is that Megan is a great person and a great friend by the time your wedding day rolls around.
Choosing Megan as our day-of coordinator for our wedding was definitely the right call. I cannot put into words how thankful we are that she was there to take the pressure off us and allow us to fully enjoy our wedding day. She was so attentive and responsive, not only in speaking with us, but with our other vendors as well. The transition from just idea in my brain to full wedding day was made so much easier with Megan taking the lead and we cannot thank her enough!
Megan and her team at HHC should absolutely be your first call if you're starting the wedding planning process! She took so much of the stress off of my husband and I from the moment we had our initial consult to the moment the lights went out at the end of the night. Not only was Megan amazing at coordinating all of our many vendors, but she also put forth extra energy to make sure the special elements of our interfaith Jewish-Christian Ceremony were just as they needed to be. Megan was so thorough and proactive that we had absolutely no concerns our entire wedding weekend. I would never have imagined I would be so care-free (and well-fed) on my wedding day - we couldn't have done it without her!

Megan was a life-saver for my vow renewal. I hired her one month before my renewal and she took over every detail. She took everything I gave her and turned it into exactly what I wanted with extremely short notice. She was attentive, detail-oriented, gracious and committed to providing us with a seamless experience. We were so thankful to have her as she allowed us to have the best experience with minimal stress.
Wow where do I even begin to talk about how amazing Megan is!! Soon as we met her we knew she was perfect. She is so sweet, honest, and understanding. She was always there to answer questions and or give suggestions. Any time I was stressing or worrying about hearing back from another vendor she would be there and save the day. On the day of Megan and Abbie made sure we did not stress about a thing! They made sure we were well taken care of and allowed us to go with the flow of the night. Her and her team are very prepared for anything and I mean anything!
There were many difficulties in other marriage cultures because I came to America from other countries and got married. I chose the planner late because I had a lot of difficulties while I was doing it alone. But then I met a good planner. The wedding was a success. She is kind and truly grateful to me for keeping a good eye on what I want and focusing the most on my thoughts. She read our thoughts well and proceeded professionally whenever I had difficulties. I really appreciate it. I would have been in big trouble without her.
No words will ever be able to express how much Megan has helped us during this entire season of our lives. She has been, by far, the best decision of our entire wedding process. Megan has been so steadfast and selfless, helping us in every step of the way, going above and beyond all my expectations (and even contract agreement) with everything she’s done. She is responsive, supportive, and honest. She makes you feel like a top priority at any time or day. I honestly can say that I would not have been able to go through wedding planning without her.
There are simply not enough words to describe the brilliance with which Megan of Hosea House Collective used to execute the full service package in planning our womanist wedding. From beginning to end she had a full grasp on the details of our wedding, our needs, and how we worked. She was easy to work with and talk to, calming even. She pivoted with us as we processed what it meant to get married during a pandemic that intersected with many other systemic issues and kept us informed about guidelines.
If I could give Megan & her team more than 5 stars I would. She was by far was our best vendor, I would not have survived planning a COVID (and election week) wedding without her. She was always available to answer our questions, she handled all of our vendors like a champ, she honestly exceeded all expectations from day one. She has the calm energy that I needed in a coordinator, the world could be on fire and she would help you feel at ease. I was never once concerned in her ability to help the day go off without a hitch. She truly cared about making sure everyone felt safe during our COVID wedding.
Megan was absolutely the most wonderful person to help us plan our wedding. From the very first call she was calm, loving & genuine. You can really tell that she truly loves helping people make their dreams a reality. She took charge which is exactly what I wanted & needed, especially since we were planning from out of state. She was there every step of the way and helped us make a lot of changes due to COVID. Our day was perfect & exactly what we envisioned. We can't thank her enough!

There are no words for the amount of gratitude my wife and I can express for Megan making our day magical. We got married March 10th, 2020 in Chapel Hill and everything went flawless. There was a bit of rain but Megan prepared my guests and me flawlessly. We did not even feel like things were on a plan B. Megan helped us with decision making from the moment we booked her.
