Celebrating Women in Business: Branding Sessions with Michelle and Sara Photography
If there is one thing that the Pandemic, isolation and subsequent social + political upheaval taught me-it is to build up the people that bring you joy.
Early in the Summer of 2020 I reached out to Michelle and Sara, my favorite mother - daughter photography duo, with the idea of a giveaway to launch their revamped Branding Experience. We would all volunteer our expertise to small, women / minority led businesses in the form of a styled branding session. Whether a business is just getting started, pivoting their offerings or are looking for a refresh: solid branding images set them up for creating meaningful connections with their clients. From learning the passion behind the business and scouting locations to thinking through beauty / wardrobe and sourcing relevant items, Michelle, Sara and I were there each step of the way.
Let’s meet them, shall we?
Jenn Eddine Photography
Jenn’s immense love for her family, written words and meaningful details are at the heart of her business as she creates heirlooms for her couples. Celebrating the mix of cultures and a focus on timelessness -- her shoot combined lifestyle vignettes with husband, Abbas, and son, Saleh, with professional shots and heartfelt touches.

With Love, Trista
Trista is a safe space. Her soothing demeanor pulls you in close and that is exactly what we aimed to showcase in her session as she shifted from her online bakery (Bespoke Bakery + Dessert Bar) to her all-encompassing lifestyle brand, With Love, Trista. Product-centered flatlays were shot alongside powerful portraiture and playful moments with her husband, Doug, and little Naomi.

Megan Travis Photography
The epitome of class, Megan used her session to prepare for her upcoming rebrand and to finally feel confident in her headshots / working images. Inspired by the soft tones of the Carolina Coast and the importance of legacy, the styling and shots gave her the fine art feeling she deserves.
